V skladu z Zakonom o graditvi objektov ter Energetskim zakonom izdelamo Študijo izvedljivosti alternativnih sistemov za oskrbo stavb z energijo, ki služi kot strokovna podlaga za investicijsko odločitev in obsega preverjanje različnih možnosti naložbe v fazi izdelave idejne zasnove, vrednotenje stroškovnih in naložbenih kazalnikov ter kazalnikov učinkovite rabe energije. Študija je obvezna priloga vloge za pridobivanje gradbenega dovoljenja za stavbe z uporabno tlorisno površino nad 1.000 m2, če gre za graditev novih stavb ali rekonstrukcijo stavb, pri kateri se zamenjuje sistem oskrbe z energijo.
